What is content creator management?
Running the business around a creator so the creator can keep making things. Strategy, brand deals, negotiation, schedules, the long-term plan. Done well, the audience never notices it. Done badly, they always do.

One of the things our studio does, and how we do it differently.

Finds the right brands and says no to the wrong ones. Prices the work. Protects the voice. Keeps campaigns on time. At Ames Create we also build the ideas themselves, which is where most of the value is.
Most agencies sell a creator one post at a time. We start with the creative: the concept, the bit, the brand. Creators in our network are partners in the ideas, not inventory. The deals follow the work, and campaigns become renewals. See the proof.
A network of comedy, sports and entertainment creators, including Snarp, Chuck Mundy, MindSquire, Seth Goblin, Seth Meiring, Jelly House, SeanSauce and FiredByFriday. The full list is on the network page.
Size matters less than attention. Some of our best performers have smaller followings and near one-to-one views. Fit matters most.
That is not our role. Our team works on concepts, creative strategy, production planning and the business. Creators keep their voice and their edit.
It depends on the creator and the work. We build each arrangement individually, and we prefer long partnerships to short percentages.
Send your handles and what you are building to brandon@amescreate.com or through the contact page. We read everything. We reply when it fits.
