FaZe Clan is an esports and creator organization known for Call of Duty trickshot videos, its content houses and a roster of YouTubers and streamers who became some of the biggest names in gaming. It started on YouTube on May 30, 2010; its own site credits three players, FaZe ClipZ, FaZe House Cat and FaZe Resistance, with founding it, and lists Temperrr, Banks, FaZe Apex and FaZe Rain as its founders today. FaZe went public on Nasdaq on July 20, 2022 at about $13 a share, fell below $1 by January 2023, and was bought by GameSquare in an all-stock deal that closed on March 8, 2024. Banks rebuilt the roster in April 2024 around Twitch streamers such as Silky, JasonTheWeen and Lacy, and in Christmas week 2025 nearly all of its creators, from Adapt and Stable Ronaldo to Kaysan and Swagg, left after failed contract talks with co-owner Matt Kalish, per Tubefilter. As of November 2026, FaZe Clan still exists as a brand and an esports organization: it said in December 2025 that esports would be its main focus, its Rainbow Six Siege team won the Esports World Cup in August 2026, and five of the creators who left now make up CORE with Marlon, another former FaZe creator, per Tubefilter.

Questions people ask
Who is in FaZe Clan now? FaZe Clan members 2026
As of November 2026, FaZe Clan has no published creator roster like the one it had in 2024 and 2025: Dexerto’s FaZe roster page, last updated January 1, 2026, lists ZooMaa as the only remaining creator, after Scope left on December 31, 2025 and Jev on January 1, 2026. We found no new creator signing reported by an outlet we accept since then. FaZe still fields esports teams, including the Rainbow Six Siege team that won at the Esports World Cup on August 15, 2026 and the Call of Duty team now called FaZe Vegas. The People page on FaZe’s site names four founders, FaZe Apex, Temperrr, Banks and FaZe Rain, and all four have left. The streamers most people mean by FaZe, Adapt, Silky, JasonTheWeen, Lacy and Stable Ronaldo, left in December 2025 and are now in CORE.
Why did everyone leave FaZe Clan? Why did the FaZe members leave?
FaZe Clan’s creators left in Christmas week 2025 after about six months of failed contract talks with co-owner Matt Kalish, Tubefilter reported on December 27, 2025, citing Bloomberg. Tubefilter dates the posts of Adapt, JasonTheWeen, Lacy, Stable Ronaldo, YourRAGE, Kaysan and Silky, variations of “Left @FaZeClan,” to December 25; Dexerto dates Adapt’s post to December 26, and our Kaysan entry dates his to December 27. FaZe Apex, FaZe Rug and Swagg followed on December 27, per Dexerto. Tubefilter reported that Kalish, the DraftKings co-founder who had paid $11 million for 49% of FaZe’s media business, pushed creators toward new deals with his company HardScope; he told Bloomberg they were “all good kids and have a lot of people in their ear and are confused,” and called FaZe’s finances “unsustainable.” The Esports Advocate reported that creators were offered a choice between signing with HardScope and going independent. Apex said FaZe’s leadership had “shifted in a way that made it difficult for me to get involved again.” Banks called the departing creators ungrateful and said they had “insane egos,” per Dexerto.
Is FaZe Clan dead? Did FaZe Clan shut down, and is it still a thing?
No, FaZe Clan has not shut down as of November 2026, but the creator group that made it famous has broken up: nearly every creator left in December 2025, and on December 28, 2025 FaZe said on X that esports would be its “main focus moving forward,” per HLTV. The esports side is active. GameSquare owns 100% of FaZe Esports, per its March 2025 announcement; the Call of Duty team plays the 2026 season as FaZe Vegas, per The Esports Advocate; and the Rainbow Six Siege team beat FURIA 3-1 at the Esports World Cup on August 15, 2026. The FaZe Clan YouTube channel still has about 8.4 million subscribers, but its newest regular video, YourRAGE Joins FaZe Clan, is from August 14, 2023. In May 2026 Tubefilter wrote that the exodus had turned FaZe into “a shell of its former self.”
When was FaZe Clan founded, and who are the founders?
FaZe Clan was founded in 2010 as a Call of Duty trickshot channel, and YouTube dates the FaZe Clan channel to May 30, 2010. FaZe’s own About page says it “was founded by three players: FaZe ClipZ, FaZe House Cat, and FaZe Resistance,” and labels its first logo, used until January 2016, “FaZe Sniping.” FaZe’s July 2022 listing release says it was “Founded in 2010 by a group of kids on the internet” who met playing Xbox, and names FaZe Temperrr, FaZe Banks, FaZe Apex, FaZe Rain, FaZe CBass, FaZe Rug, FaZe Adapt, FaZe Teeqo, FaZe Blaze and FaZe Jev as “founders and key members.” Tubefilter reported in 2018 that Temperrr pulled off the first “Temperrr Shot” in September 2010 and that FaZe Apex and FaZe Rain joined in 2011. Today FaZe’s People page lists four founders: FaZe Apex, Temperrr, Banks and FaZe Rain.
Who owns FaZe Clan now? Does GameSquare still own FaZe?
As of November 2026, FaZe Clan is owned in two parts: GameSquare owns 100% of FaZe Esports, the competitive teams, while FaZe Media, the creator and brand business, has been outside GameSquare since April 1, 2025. GameSquare bought FaZe in an all-stock deal that closed on March 8, 2024, per its announcement. On May 16, 2024 it put the creator roster and non-esports assets into FaZe Media, holding 51% itself while DraftKings co-founder Matt Kalish paid $11 million for 49%, per GameSquare’s release. The Esports Advocate reported that an entity controlled by Banks then bought a 25.5% interest for $9.5 million, and on March 31, 2025 GameSquare announced it was selling its last 25.5% to Gigamoon Media and FaZe’s founders; The Esports Advocate describes Gigamoon as controlled by Kalish. The current split of FaZe Media has not been published. Kaysan, who became a minority owner of the Call of Duty team in 2023, describes himself on Twitch as co-owner and GM of FaZe Esports and FaZe Vegas.
What happened to FaZe Clan stock? Is FaZe Clan still publicly traded?
FaZe Clan is no longer publicly traded as of November 2026: its stock, ticker FAZE, stopped trading at the close on March 8, 2024, when GameSquare completed its purchase, per GameSquare’s announcement. FaZe listed on Nasdaq on July 20, 2022 after merging with B. Riley Principal 150 Merger Corp., a SPAC, and debuted at about $13 a share with a preliminary value of $713 million, per Tubefilter; Kotaku put the listing at $725 million. By late September 2022, private investors had defaulted on $71.4 million of a promised $100 million, per Tubefilter. The stock fell below $1 for the first time on January 20, 2023, per Kotaku, and was at 46 cents on March 22, 2023, per Tubefilter, when Teeqo and FaZe Rain were publicly criticizing the company. GameSquare later put the value of its all-stock purchase at about $14 million.
What was the FaZe reboot in 2024? Who got kicked from FaZe Clan?
The FaZe reboot was Banks’s reset of the roster on April 27, 2024, seven weeks after GameSquare took over: he cut 17 creators, including Blaze, Cizzorz and FaZe Rain, and kept a much smaller group, per Dexerto. Those kept included Adapt, FaZe Apex, Kaysan, Stable Ronaldo, FaZe Rug, Swagg, Temperrr, YourRAGE and ZooMaa. Banks said he was “ok with being the bad guy” and that the group would “outlive any one person that wears the name.” Over the next four days FaZe announced four Twitch streamers, PlaqueBoyMax on April 28, Silky on April 29, JasonTheWeen on April 30 and Lacy on May 1, 2024, per Dexerto. That streamer roster is the one that left in December 2025.
When did Silky, Stable Ronaldo and Adapt join FaZe? Is Swagg or Kaysan still in FaZe?
None of these five is in FaZe Clan as of November 2026: all of them left in Christmas week 2025. Silky joined on April 29, 2024, the second signing of the reboot, per Dexerto. Stable Ronaldo joined in June 2022, going from NRG Stable Ronaldo to FaZe Ronaldo. Adapt spent about 14 years in FaZe by his own count, and Dexerto’s roster page calls him a member and owner. Swagg joined in 2020 and left on December 27, 2025, per Dexerto. Kaysan joined in September 2021 as FaZe’s first in-house musician and left the creator roster that week, saying he would keep running FaZe Esports, which he called a separate entity. Silky, Stable Ronaldo and Adapt are founding members of CORE; Swagg and Kaysan are not.
What happened to FaZe Banks and FaZe Rug?
Banks and FaZe Rug have both left FaZe Clan as of November 2026. Banks, an early member who became CEO after the GameSquare deal, said in July 2025 that he was stepping away from FaZe and social media, per Complex on July 29, 2025, amid criticism over the $MLG meme coin he and other FaZe members had promoted; he denied scamming anyone and said, “The entire narrative is unfair.” On April 30, 2026 he hosted the livestream that launched CORE, and Tubefilter described him as supporting the group, not as a member. FaZe Rug, a member since 2012 and a co-owner, per Dexerto, posted “After 13 years” when he left on December 27, 2025, per Tubefilter. He has kept making videos and appeared in CORE videos in October 2026. His brother Brawadis films with him often but was never signed to FaZe in any record we found.
What happened to Temperrr and FaZe Apex? Why did the FaZe founders leave?
Both of FaZe Clan’s best-known founders were out by the end of 2025, Temperrr by FaZe’s choice and FaZe Apex by his own. On September 15, 2025, FaZe posted its creator roster on X without Temperrr, and he posted that day that he had been “cut off the roster”; FaZe’s post said, “We the boys want to make it clear to everyone that this list is FaZe,” per Dexerto. The cut came during a public dispute with former member FaZe Rain over claims Rain made on stream; Temperrr rejected how Rain had characterized him, and on September 16, 2025, Rain posted an apology video retracting that characterization, per Dexerto. What the claims were is not something we cover. FaZe Apex, the co-owner and COO, announced on December 27, 2025 that he was leaving, saying FaZe’s leadership had “shifted in a way that made it difficult for me to get involved again,” per Tubefilter.
How old are the FaZe Clan members? How old is Kaysan, and how old is Adapt?
Among FaZe Clan members past and present in our index, the oldest are Temperrr, 33 (born August 25, 1993), and Teeqo, 33 (born October 24, 1993), per Famous Birthdays as of November 2026. Kaysan is 31 (December 19, 1994) and Adapt is 29 (June 5, 1997). The rest: Cloakzy 31 (December 26, 1994), FaZe Apex 30 (June 20, 1996), YourRAGE 29 (August 17, 1997), FaZe Jarvis 24 (November 11, 2001), Lacy 23 (February 18, 2003) and Stable Ronaldo 23 (January 15, 2003). Silky and Swagg have not published their ages, and JasonTheWeen’s birthday is May 9; we have not confirmed a birth year from him or Famous Birthdays, so we do not print his age here.
What is FaZe Clan worth? What is FaZe Clan’s net worth?
FaZe Clan does not publish a number for what it is worth today, and neither do we; the figures on the record are deal values from its filings and the press. It listed in July 2022 at a preliminary value of $713 million, per Tubefilter, or $725 million, per Kotaku. GameSquare’s March 2025 announcement valued its March 2024 all-stock purchase of FaZe at about $14 million and said its last $10 million contribution for 25.5% valued FaZe Media at $39.2 million. Kalish’s May 2024 investment was $11 million for 49% of FaZe Media.
Where can I watch FaZe Clan?
FaZe Clan’s archive is on its YouTube channel, which has about 8.4 million subscribers and about 1,800 videos as of November 2026, though its newest regular video is from August 2023. It also posts on TikTok, where it has about 6.4 million followers, X, Instagram and Twitch, and sells merch on fazeclan.com. Its esports teams play on the broadcasts of the events they enter, such as the Esports World Cup and the Call of Duty League. The former members stream on their own channels, and six former FaZe creators, five from the December 2025 exits plus Marlon, post group videos as CORE.
Where is the FaZe house address? What about the FaZe members’ girlfriends or religion?
Not something we cover.
Our read
Ames Create does not work with FaZe Clan. This is our view, from a team that works on creator brands for a living.
The format. FaZe Clan began as a highlight reel: short Call of Duty trickshot clips, then a house full of creators filming each other, then a company that signed esports teams, musicians and athletes and rang the Nasdaq bell. In 2024 Banks rebuilt it around Twitch streamers and a shared house, the format the CORE streamers now run on their own.
Why it travels. The FaZe name always traveled through its members more than its own channel: the main YouTube channel has not posted a regular video since August 2023, while the streamers’ exits in December 2025 were covered by Bloomberg, Tubefilter and Dexerto within days. In 2026 the brand travels through esports results, like the August Rainbow Six Siege win at the Esports World Cup.
Brand fit. In late 2026, working with FaZe means esports: Counter-Strike 2, Call of Duty as FaZe Vegas and a Rainbow Six Siege team that won in Paris, all owned by GameSquare. The creator side has no published roster, so a brand after the audience FaZe built in 2024 and 2025 is now dealing with CORE or the individual creators. The stock collapse, the ownership changes and the 2025 walkout are the first things any partner will read about.
