Did Silky leave CORE? Is he still in CORE?

Not that he or CORE has announced. As of October 13, 2026, we found no statement from him and no press report that he has left. What is public: CORE’s YouTube channel credits him with his own links in the description of every group video through CORE Horror Hide and Seek, posted October 11, 2026, and his Twitch stream titles in October 2026 still carry a !core command, per Streams Charts. If he says otherwise on the record, this entry will say so, with the date.

Why did Silky leave FaZe?

He announced on X on December 25, 2025 that he was leaving FaZe Clan, the same day as Adapt, JasonTheWeen, Lacy and Stable Ronaldo, as Dexerto reported. He has not given a reason of his own in anything we could source. Bloomberg reported the exits came out of a contract dispute with FaZe’s new owner, and The Esports Advocate reported that co-owner Matt Kalish offered creators a choice between signing with his agency, HardScope, or going independent, while former FaZe CEO Banks called the departing creators ungrateful.

What happened to Silky?

In order: FaZe Clan signed him on April 29, 2024; his Twitch channel passed 100,000 active subscribers in October 2025, per Streams Charts; he left FaZe on December 25, 2025; and on April 30, 2026 he launched CORE with five other former FaZe streamers. What is CORE?

The creator group Silky co-founded after FaZe. CORE, short for Create Own Run Everything, was unveiled on April 30, 2026 in a livestream hosted by former FaZe CEO Banks, Complex reported. What is Silky’s real name? How old is he?

He has not published a real name or a birth date, and major press has not printed either, so we list neither. He goes by Silky on Twitch and SilkySzn on X. Names attached to him on stats and fan sites do not agree with each other, which is one more reason we leave it out.

Is Silky the rapper?

No. This entry is about the Twitch streamer. Silky is also the stage name of an English rapper from London, a different person, and some birthday and bio pages for “Silky” are about him.

Where can I watch Silky?

Live on Twitch silky. Full streams go up on YouTube @SilkyLive, which he calls his official live channel, and the group videos are on CORE’s YouTube channel. He is also on Instagram @silky.durag and X @SilkySzn.

What is Silky’s net worth?

He does not publish a number and neither do we.

Who represents Silky?

His Twitch bio and YouTube channel list a business email for inquiries, and no agency or manager has been named by him or by trade press. Ames Create does not represent him; we cover him because people keep asking what happened to him after FaZe, and most of the answer is on the record. If that changes, this entry will say so.

Our read

Ames Create does not work with Silky. This is our view, from a team that works on creator brands for a living.

The format. The format is hanging out. Silky’s streams run for hours with friends in the room or on call, and the content is the conversation, the bits and whatever game or errand is on that day. It works because the audience comes for the group dynamic as much as for him, and a big friend group means there is always a guest.

Why it travels. It travels through the crew. The weekly CORE video puts him in front of the whole group’s audience, with recent uploads at one to six million views each, and the loud moments get clipped onto TikTok and YouTube within hours.

Brand fit. Gaming hardware, energy drinks, fast food and apparel, ideally through CORE where a brand gets six streamers in one video. Brands should expect live, unscripted content that does not pause for a talking point.
