What happened to Moochie from 2HYPE? Whatever happened to Moochie?
As of November 2026, nothing has been announced about Moochie: he has not said he left 2HYPE or stopped making videos, and he is still posting. His YouTube videos page shows new uploads about once a week through the fall of 2026, mostly 2HYPE-style challenges such as NBA draft and NBA 2K tournaments, shooting challenges where every miss makes the food spicier, and guess-the-NBA-player games, with the newest, a horror hide-and-seek video, posted at the start of November 2026. What changed is where fans see him. The group channel, 2HYPE, has gone quiet, with its newest videos about three years old as of November 2026, and Jesser’s own channel has moved to bigger productions, covered in the Jesser question below.

What happened to Moochie from Jesser? Why is Moochie not in Jesser videos anymore?

Through 2026, Jesser’s uploads have been larger productions built around guests, among them NBA player Jaren Jackson Jr., footballer Lamine Yamal and creator Ben Azelart, while Moochie runs the group challenge format on his own channel. We have not checked every Jesser upload for him, so we do not say he never appears, and we do not guess at a reason.

Our read
Ames Create does not work with Moochie. This is our view, from a team that works on creator brands for a living.
The format. He is the group game show host who also plays. Nearly every upload is a rule plus a prize: draft an NBA team and play it out in NBA 2K, guess the player, make the shot or eat the sour food. The format is 2HYPE’s, and he has kept running it week after week on his own channel while the group channel went quiet.
Why it travels. His growth came through the group: Tubefilter’s 2023 profile has him going from about 100,000 subscribers to more than a million after joining, by borrowing the audiences of members with millions each. He told Tubefilter then that he was “focusing a lot more on YouTube Shorts,” and his TikTok, at about 185,000 followers, is small next to his YouTube.
Brand fit. NBA 2K and basketball games first, since draft tournaments are a weekly format for him. Then basketball gear, trading cards, snacks and sports drinks for a young male audience. He told Tubefilter in 2023 that he had spent almost a year on a clothing brand, so a merch collaboration would not be new ground. Because much of his reach still runs through 2HYPE, a group deal is the likelier shape.
