The format. Kevin found a title that is also a premise: “N of these vs 1 secret that.” The game does the work, the panel does the jokes, and the reveal gives every episode an ending. That is why it can run weekly for years and why Netflix could pick it up without reshooting anything.
Why it travels. Every episode cuts into three or four TikToks with a built-in cliffhanger, and the premises are ones anyone can explain in a sentence. Babies, moms, grandmas. You do not need to know who Kevin is to want to know which one is lying.
Brand fit. Snacks, games, streaming, anything with a family table around it. The format has a natural slot for a sponsor lineup, and the tour proved the audience will pay to be in the room.
