Fitness · TikTok · Updated Oct 9, 2026

Noel Deyzel is a South African bodybuilder who became one of the biggest fitness creators online by being the patient, friendly big guy in a genre that usually runs loud. His Shorts and TikToks are gym-etiquette skits, high-protein recipes and myth-busting, and his longer videos are straight-to-camera talks about discipline and mindset aimed at young men. He is the face of RYSE Supplements and, per a 2024 Business Wire release, a co-owner. About 8.3 million people follow him on TikTok, nearly 7.8 million on YouTube, and since 2025 he has run a second channel about fragrance.

Our read

Ames Create does not work with Noel Deyzel. This is our view, from a team that works on creator brands for a living.

The format. Noel plays the patient big guy who has seen every gym sin and explains it without cruelty: rerack the weights, wipe the bench, stop filming strangers. The skits carry the joke, the recipes and myth-busting carry the saves, and the long videos carry the mindset. Warm instead of drill sergeant is rarer in fitness than it should be, and it is the whole brand.

Why it travels. Gym etiquette is universal. Everyone has met the guy who hogs the machine, so the skits get sent to friends and dropped in group chats, and the Omni-Man Short proved his face alone can carry a video. The same clip runs on three platforms that each clear six million followers.

Brand fit. He already co-owns a supplement company, so other supplement brands are out. The fit is everything around the workout: apparel (his YouTube links a YoungLA code), gym equipment, food and meal-prep brands, fitness apps, and grooming and fragrance through the second channel. Any mainstream brand that wants a large, young, mostly male audience from a friendly face belongs here.
