Find your best performing TikToks, and why they worked

What already works on your TikTok, in plain words, and what to do with it. This is what comes back when you type your handle.

  • 01

Your normal, and what beat it

The median views of your recent videos, and every one that at least doubled it, with how many times over.

  • 02

    Your outliers, side by side

The videos that broke out, ranked by how far they beat your normal, with the ones that fell under it for contrast.

  • 03

    The pattern behind your hits

What your winners share that the rest do not: the first words, the format, the topic, the length.

  • 04

Hooks built from your own videos

Five openers in the shape of your hits, with blanks for your next idea, and three things to test. Yours, not a template.

How it works

The way it appears on your profile. Public accounts only.

  2. 2

    We read your videos

Your recent videos: captions, views, length and dates.

  3. 3

    You get the audit

Your normal, your outliers, what they share, and what to try next.

Built by our team

What makes it worth using

  • It measures you against you

A hit is a video that beat your own normal, not a benchmark for your follower tier. That is why it works at 300 views a video or 3 million.

  • No score

We do not grade your account out of 100. You get what worked, in plain words, and what to test next.

  • No login, no connection

It never asks for your TikTok password or to connect your account. A few audits a day each keeps it free for everyone.

  • Honest about what it can see

It reads your captions and your numbers. It has not watched your videos and it cannot see your account status, and it says so.

How to audit your TikTok account

You can do this by hand from your own profile. It is the same method the tool uses.

  1. Open your profile and write down the views on your last 12 videos. Skip the pinned ones at the top, because they are old hits you chose to keep there. Skip anything under 48 hours old, because its views are still climbing.

  2. Find the median, not the average. Line the numbers up from lowest to highest and take the one in the middle. That is your normal. One video that took off will pull an average far above what you usually get.

  3. Mark every video at 2x your normal or more. Those are your outliers: your best performing videos measured against you, not against anyone else on the app.

  4. Write down what the outliers share. The first words of the caption, the format or series, the topic, the length. Then look at your lowest videos and ask whether they share the opposite.

Or type your handle at the top of this page. The audit does all four steps from your public numbers, then writes up the pattern and gives you hooks built from your own hits.

What a TikTok account audit reads

Your most recent public videos, usually about 20. For each one: the caption, the view count, the length and the date it went up. Nothing else, and nothing private.

Your normal is the median views of the last 12, with pinned videos and anything under 48 hours old left out. A hit is any video at 2x your normal or more. A miss is one at 0.5x or under. The audit shows both, because the contrast is where the pattern is.

TikTok captions are often a few words. When yours do not give the audit much to go on, it leans harder on length, timing and repeated formats, and it tells you so.

Your TikTok analytics and this audit: use both

They answer different questions, and the two together are better than either alone.

Your in-app analytics show things only you can see. For each video, TikTok lists average watch time, the share of viewers who watched the full video and traffic source type: whether viewers found it on the For You feed, your profile or somewhere else.

This audit shows what analytics does not put in one place: your videos lined up against your own normal, and what the ones that broke out have in common, in words.

A good way to use both: run the audit, take the hits it finds, then open each one in your analytics. That tells you whether people stayed to the end and where they came from, which captions and view counts cannot.

Why are my TikTok views low?

Start by asking whether they are low for you. An ordinary video can feel like a failure right after one that took off, and it may be exactly your normal. The audit puts a number on that, so you are comparing a video with what you usually get and not with your best day.

If your recent videos really are under your normal, look at the misses next to the hits. Sometimes the difference is visible in the caption: the hits make a promise in the first words, and the misses only name an activity.

What the audit cannot do is see inside TikTok. It cannot tell you about reach limits, strikes or a shadowban, and we would rather say that than guess.

What this TikTok audit does not check

Many tools called an audit give you a score. This one answers a narrower question, and it is worth being plain about what it leaves out.

  • Whether you are shadowbanned. The audit sees what a visitor to your profile sees, so it cannot tell you about restrictions, strikes or account status.
  • Fake followers. It does not score your followers or look for bots. Those tools are built for brands vetting a creator.
  • Engagement rate. The audit is built on views. It does not grade your likes, comments or shares.
  • Watch time and where viewers came from. Those live in your own TikTok analytics, behind your login. We never ask for it.
  • LIVEs and Stories. It reads the videos on your profile, not streams or Stories.
  • The videos themselves. It has not watched them or heard the sound. It reads the caption you posted and the numbers the video earned.

On Instagram or YouTube too? The full Page Audit reads Reels, YouTube videos and Shorts the same way. And when a brand asks what you charge, the TikTok Sponsorship Rate Calculator prices a sponsored video from the same normal.

Questions people ask

How do I audit my TikTok account for free?

Type your handle at the top of this page. The audit reads your recent public videos, works out your normal from the last 12, and shows which ones beat it and what they share. No login and no account. To do it by hand: list the views on your last 12 videos, find the median, and mark everything at 2x or more.

Is this a TikTok account analyzer or profile analyzer?

Yes, of one specific kind. It analyzes what your videos did: your normal, your outliers and what the outliers have in common. It does not give your profile a score, rate your bio or check your followers.

How do I see my best performing TikToks?

Sorting by views shows your biggest videos. Best performing is a different question: which videos beat what you usually get. The audit ranks your recent videos by how many times over your normal they went, so a 2x on a small account counts the same as on a large one.

What is a good view count on TikTok?

There is no number that is good for everyone. A good video is one that beats your own normal. The audit gives you that normal, the median of your last 12 videos, and counts anything at 2x or more as a hit. People often search for their average views. The median is the fairer number, because one viral video does not move it much.

Why are my TikTok views so low?

First check whether they are low for you. If your recent videos sit near your normal, nothing has changed. If several are at 0.5x your normal or under, the audit lists them next to your hits so you can see what is different: the opening words, the format, the topic, the length. It cannot see reasons that live inside TikTok.

Why did my TikTok views drop all of a sudden?

Often because the video before it was an outlier. A breakout reaches people far outside your usual audience, and the next video goes back to the people who normally see you. That is why we measure against your median. If your normal itself has fallen over many videos, compare what you were making before with what you make now.

Is my TikTok account shadowbanned?

We cannot tell. The audit only sees public view counts, and account status is not public. What it can show is whether your recent videos are under your own normal, which is the fact behind the worry. If they are, your in-app analytics are the place to look next.

Can I see analytics for someone else’s TikTok account?

You can see what is public: their videos, captions and view counts. This audit reads those for any public account. You cannot see their private analytics, such as watch time or audience, and neither can we. The hooks and tests it writes are meant for the person who makes the videos.

Do I need to connect my TikTok account or log in?

No. There is nothing to connect and we never ask for a password. It reads what is already public on your profile, so it does not work on private accounts.

How many videos does it read?

Your most recent public videos, usually about 20. Your normal comes from the last 12 of them, leaving out pinned videos and anything under 48 hours old.

Does it check fake followers or engagement rate?

No. Those are brand-side checks, used to decide whether to hire a creator. This one is for the creator: it reads your views and tells you what your own hits have in common.

Do you watch my videos?

No. The read is built from your captions, your view counts, the length of each video and when it went up. It cannot see what happens on screen or hear the sound, and it says so in the result. TikTok captions are often short, so it also leans on length, timing and repeated formats.

Is the TikTok audit free?

Yes, with no account and no email. Each person gets a few audits a day, which keeps it free for everyone. If you want to know what your normal is worth to a brand, the TikTok Sponsorship Rate Calculator works that out from the same numbers.
