After an eight-year gap in sourced contests he returned to the stage in 2024 and won the Men’s Physique title at the 2024 Natural Olympia, per Fitness Volt. Questions people ask
Who is Jeff Seid?
Jeff Seid is an American fitness creator and IFBB pro bodybuilder in the Men’s Physique and Classic Physique divisions. He grew up in the Seattle area, made his first YouTube video shortly before finishing high school, and broke through after a Spartan-themed photoshoot in June 2012, as he told Iron Man Magazine in October 2015. His channel describes itself as fitness, bodybuilding, training, nutrition and “the aesthetic lifestyle,” and he sells two training programs on jeffseid.com.
Why did Jeff Seid leave Gymshark? What happened with Gymshark?
He has not given a reason on the record that we could source. What is public: OMR, the German marketing trade outlet, wrote in June 2018 that Gymshark’s early deals included the best-known fitness YouTubers of the time, Jeff Seid among them. His own channel carries Gymshark in video titles from about 2013 to 2015, including a photoshoot with Matt Ogus and Chris Lavado, a Melbourne trip and a Gymshark dinner in his first Los Angeles vlog. He was already running his own clothing line, SeidWear, which he called his biggest income source in October 2015. In September 2020 Myprotein announced him as its newest ambassador, and his 2026 videos carry codes for Prozis supplements and Breathe Divinity clothing. When or why the Gymshark deal ended has not been said publicly, so we do not guess.
What happened to Jeff Seid? Where is he now?
He is still active and posting. In short: after his third Olympia in 2016, the next contests we could source are in 2024, when he came back and won the Men’s Physique title at the 2024 Natural Olympia on November 10, by one point in his own telling (“I’m just getting started, baby!”). In 2025 he said he was moving to Classic Physique, and Fitness Volt reported his debut in that division was set for May 10, 2025, in Japan; we could not source the result. As of October 2026 he lives in Los Angeles, per a June 2026 video, and posts training and diet videos on YouTube, the latest on October 5, 2026. In a September 2026 video he said he had been booked for a Hollywood commercial and had 14 days to prepare, which fits the acting classes he told Iron Man about back in 2015.
Is Jeff Seid an IFBB pro? Is he the youngest IFBB pro ever?
Yes, he is an IFBB pro. Iron Man Magazine wrote in March 2016 that he won the Junior Nationals in 2013, about a year after he started competing, which made him “the youngest IFBB Professional in history,” and that he won a pro show and qualified for the Olympia the same year. Fitness Volt says he earned the Men’s Physique pro card at 19 and calls him one of the youngest to do it. The youngest-ever claim comes from the press, not from an official IFBB record we could find, so “one of the youngest” is the safe version. He competed in Men’s Physique at the Olympia in 2013, 2014 and 2016, and Iron Man’s 2015 interview puts him 13th in 2014.
Is there a Jeff Seid controversy?
We found no controversy and no report of an arrest in the major or trade press we checked.
How old is Jeff Seid?
He is 32. Famous Birthdays lists his birthday as June 12, 1994, which fits Iron Man Magazine describing him as “just-turned-21” in October 2015.
What is Jeff Seid’s real name?
He goes by Jeff Seid everywhere. The TikTok account linked from his own site is @jeffreygeraldseid, so Jeffrey is the full form of his first name. No other name has been published by him or by major press.
Where is Jeff Seid from?
Renton, Washington, a city just south of Seattle, per Famous Birthdays and Fitness Volt. He told Iron Man Magazine he was born and raised in the Seattle area and moved to Los Angeles in 2015, where he still trains, per a June 2026 video.
Where can I watch Jeff Seid?
YouTube @OfficialJeffSeid, with 244 videos going back to 2012, Instagram @jeff_seid, TikTok @jeffreygeraldseid and Facebook. His training programs are on jeffseid.com.
What is Jeff Seid’s net worth?
He does not publish a number and neither do we.
What about Jeff Seid’s height, weight, body, health or personal life?
Not something we cover.
Who represents Jeff Seid?
His site offers a contact form; no agency or manager is named there or in the trade press we checked. Ames Create does not represent him; we cover him because people keep asking what happened to one of the first big fitness YouTubers, and most of the answer is on the record. If that changes, this entry will say so.
Our read
Ames Create does not work with Jeff Seid. This is our view, from a team that works on creator brands for a living.
The format. The physique is the thumbnail and the plan is the video: a shred protocol broken into phases, a push day, a chest routine he says took a decade to build, a photoshoot behind the scenes. He calls a recent series Aesthetics 101, which is the whole brand in two words, and he has been running it in the same voice since 2012.
Why it travels. He was early, so a big part of his reach is nostalgia: the 2012 Spartan shoot, the Gymshark-era trips and the Olympia years still pull views, and he leans into it with videos like Return of the Spartan in July 2026. The 2024 comeback gave the channel a new storyline, and contest preps and transformations are formats physique fans share on their own.
Brand fit. Supplements, apparel and gym equipment, and the brands are already there: his video descriptions carry codes for Prozis and Breathe Divinity, and a September 2026 workout tags RitFit. He also said in September 2026 that he had booked a commercial role. Comment sections under physique creators can run hot, so brands that want a quiet partner should know the space before signing.
