Ames Create does not work with Mike Thurston. This is our view, from a team that works on creator brands for a living.
The format. The early channel was practical: a split, a set of exercises, a meal prep, filmed well in a gym. The current channel is Mike himself: a week in LA, a winter reset, a city ranking, with the training folded in. The through line is that he looks like the result of the advice, which is the whole pitch of a fitness channel.
Why it travels. Collaborations do the lifting. A session with Noel Deyzel or a week with Bradley Martyn puts him in front of an audience that already watches gym content, and the podcast gives other creators a reason to come to him. The travel vlogs widen the net to people who never search for a workout.
Brand fit. He already runs reads for WHOOP and Bioniq and has worked with MyProtein, and his own clothing and app sit in every description, so fitness wearables, nutrition, travel, hotels and menswear fit without a stretch. His most viewed upload is a 2022 collaboration with Andrew Tate, which brands that review a creator’s back catalogue will want to know before they sign.
