As of the latest major-press reporting, yes. He was arrested on February 6, 2025, over a December 29, 2024 fight at a gym on North Miami Avenue, per NBC 6. In March 2026 he was arrested again in Hallandale Beach, in Broward County; Fox News reported the charges there include felony battery, aggravated assault and witness tampering. A Miami-Dade judge revoked his bond after that arrest, and the Miami Herald reported in July 2026 that he was held at the Metrowest Detention Center and had pleaded not guilty in the Broward case, which remains open. His YouTube channel has kept posting throughout.

On July 2, 2026 he pleaded guilty to aggravated battery in the Miami gym case, and prosecutors dropped a separate felony battery charge, per the Miami Herald. The plea terms reported by NBC 6 were 21 months in prison with credit for time served, then seven years of probation. Sentencing was set for July 17, 2026; we have not found major-press reporting of the final order, so we are not stating one. His attorney, Eric Clayman, told the Herald that Watson was remorseful, and the Herald reported the other man acknowledged traveling from New Jersey to confront him. That man is seeking more than $50,000 in a civil case against Watson and the gym, per NBC 6. In August 2026 Watson posted a video titled “World News Using My Plea For Views !”
