The question comes from how close he is to the group: he is Chunkz’s cousin, per Famous Birthdays, Chunkz built an October 6, 2023 video around him and AJ Shabeel, BEST FRIEND TEST: AJ vs Darkest, and Chunkz appears in several of Darkest Man’s most watched videos. Our read
Ames Create does not work with Darkest Man. This is our view, from a team that works on creator brands for a living.
The format. He is the host who sets the game and lets his friends fight over it. A quiz, a forfeit or a cash prize goes in the title, a panel of known UK creators goes in the chair, and the video runs on their banter. His own role is the referee who is in on the joke.
Why it travels. The guest list does the lifting. His most watched uploads carry Chunkz, Yung Filly or Harry Pinero in the title, which pulls in their audiences, and the Beta Squad overlap keeps sending searchers his way. He posts only a few times a year, so each upload lands as an event rather than a habit.
Brand fit. Brands that want a UK youth audience through a game format: snacks, drinks, mobile games, fintech and anything that can sit inside a prize round. His earlier videos have carried a Displate read. Deals would likely work best with the guest panel in the frame, since that is what draws the views.
