Questions people ask

Who are the Tren Twins?

Twin brothers Christian and Michael Gaiera, bodybuilding creators who film everything together: max-out days, grocery hauls, full days of eating, and visits to gyms that did not expect them, from Planet Fitness to Diamond Gym. Their first YouTube upload was in August 2022. They documented prepping for their first bodybuilding show in summer 2024, launched Feral Supplements that August, and in July 2026 posted a video announcing they are opening their own gym. About 2.7 million followers on TikTok and 2.2 million subscribers on YouTube.

What are the Tren Twins’ real names?

Christian Gaiera and Michael Gaiera, per Famous Birthdays and the supplement trade outlet Stack3d. Gaiera is the last name. Online they go by the Tren Twins on every platform.

How old are the Tren Twins, and how tall?

Both are 25. Famous Birthdays lists April 2, 2001 for Christian and for Michael, which is how twins work. They have not posted an official height, and we do not use estimates.

What is the Tren Twins pre workout?

Their own. Feral Supplements launched in August 2024 with two pre-workouts, Feral Stim and Feral Pump, plus a whey isolate and a cream of rice, per Stack3d. In April 2025 a limited pre-workout called Feral 170 sold all 1,500 units almost immediately (Stack3d). Before Feral, they had two flavors of Huge Supplements’ Wrecked Enrage, Chaotic Cherry and Manic Melon, in July 2023 (Stack3d).

Who are the Tren Twins sponsored by?

Over time: Gorilla Mind (per Famous Birthdays), then Huge Supplements as ambassadors, then their own Feral. They are ambassadors for Bum Energy, Chris Bumstead’s drink with Raw Nutrition, which released a Tren Twins can, Razzberry Rage, in July 2026 (Stack3d). Their TikTok bio also tags the apparel brand YoungLA.

Where can I buy Tren Twins merch?

At Tren Tech, trentech.store, linked from their YouTube channel. It sells pump covers, cutoffs and stringers in numbered drops, and its footer says it has been supplying since 2023. Supplements are sold separately at Feral.

Who is the Tren Twins’ cameraman?

Not published. Their videos do not credit a regular camera operator, and we would rather not guess from comment sections.

Why are they called the Tren Twins?

The name is their brand. Questions about how their physiques were built are not something we cover, for any fitness creator.

Where can I watch the Tren Twins?

TikTok @thetrentwins and YouTube @thetrentwins. They also turn up on other channels: Bradley Martyn’s Raw Talk had them on in July 2025 and April 2026, and Chris Bumstead trained with them in September 2025.

What is the Tren Twins’ net worth?

The Tren Twins do not publish a number and neither do we.

Who represents the Tren Twins?

Their TikTok bio lists a business email. Ames Create does not represent them; we cover them because two brothers turned grocery hauls and gym visits into a lifting channel millions of people watch. If that changes, this entry will say so.

Our read

Ames Create does not work with Tren Twins. This is our view, from a team that works on creator brands for a living.

The format. Two brothers, one camera, and a running bit where every errand becomes a lifting event: Planet Fitness, Costco, a Pilates class, a gym in Japan. The training is real and heavy; the narration is deadpan gym bro. With two of them, there is always someone in frame to react.

Why it travels. Their lines and titles are built to be clipped, and fans clip them: YouTube search turns up dozens of fan-run edit channels under their name. Collabs with bigger lifters, from [Alex Eubank](/who-is-alex-eubank) in 2023 to Chris Bumstead in 2025, keep carrying them into new audiences.

Brand fit. Supplements, energy drinks and gym apparel, and they have already shown it: Huge Supplements flavors, a Bum Energy can, and their own Feral line. The name and the humor narrow the list, so mainstream consumer brands will likely pass; the endemic fitness brands are the ones already calling.
