Garrett Clark is a golf creator from Kansas City who posts as GM Golf and co-founded Good Good, the Texas-based group whose long-form challenge rounds turned into a 2 million subscriber channel, an apparel brand sold in national retailers and a run of live events. He started with trick shots on Instagram in 2016, went long-form on YouTube in 2019 after the NCAA ruled him ineligible for college golf over his channel income, and started Good Good with friends in 2020. In August 2026 a Callaway ad featuring him drew wide criticism and cost the company several partnerships; the details are below.

Who represents Garrett Clark?

His business runs through Good Good. Ames Create does not represent him; we cover him because Good Good is the clearest case of a friend group turning a YouTube channel into a company, and because September 2026 is a test of what happens to that company after a bad month. If that changes, this entry will say so.

Our read

Ames Create does not work with Garrett Clark. This is our view, from a team that works on creator brands for a living.

The format. Good Good is buddy golf with real games: friends who can actually play, filmed like a broadcast, arguing over challenges and matches. Garrett is the on-camera lead, and the format grew every time the cast grew, which is why the company outgrew any one of them.

Why it travels. Golf fans are young again because of channels like this, and the crossovers with pros and other creators put each video in front of several audiences at once. The August ad traveled for the opposite reason, and that is part of the record now.

Brand fit. Golf equipment, sporting retail and apparel have been the natural partners, and as of September 2026 most of them have stepped back. Any brand that comes next will be answering the same questions Garrett is.
